Immunogen Information Full name: protein phosphatase 1, regulatory (inhibitor) subunit 15A Calculated molecular weight: 73 kDa Observed molecular weight: 100 kDa Gene symbol PPP1R15A Synonyms GADD34, growth arrest and DNA damage-inducible protein 34, PPP1R15A Background GADD34, also named PPP1R15A, belongs to the PPP1R15 family. GADD34 can be triggered as a direct target of activating transcription factor4 (ATF4) under ER stress, it plays a pivotal role in the recovery of cells from shut-down of translation induced by ER stress. It recruits the serine/threonine-protein phosphatase (PP1) to dephosphorylate the translation initiation factor eIF2alpha, thereby reversing the shut-off of protein synthesis initiated by stress-inducible kinases and facilitating recovery of cells from stress. GADD34 down-regulates the TGF-beta signaling pathway by promoting dephosphorylation of TGFB1 via PP1. It may also promote apoptosis by inducing TP53 phosphorylation on ‘Ser-15’. Starvation-induced expression of GADD34 reduced mTOR activity and induced autophagy in wild-type mice, but not in GADD34 KO mice. Molecular weight of GADD34 is 100 kDa confirmed in GADD34 KO mice, and Proteintech’s GADD34 antibody 10449-1-AP primarily recongize the 100 kDa band.

暂无

说明文档下载

[101,99,98

post-10882","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-yk","category-kt","category-products
default
a:1:{s:11:"show_indent";s:1:"0";}
1101
a:5:{i:0;a:5:{s:5:"title";s:6:"价格";s:4:"text";s:15:"￥1960/￥2800";s:2:"f1";i:16;s:2:"f2";s:7:"#e21f2f";s:2:"f3";b:1;}i:1;a:5:{s:5:"title";s:6:"规格";s:4:"text";s:11:"100ul/200ul";s:2:"f1";s:0:"";s:2:"f2";s:0:"";s:2:"f3";s:0:"";}i:2;a:5:{s:5:"title";s:6:"货号";s:4:"text";s:19:"HK210150M/HK210150L";s:2:"f1";s:0:"";s:2:"f2";s:0:"";s:2:"f3";s:0:"";}i:3;a:5:{s:5:"title";s:6:"单位";s:4:"text";s:3:"支";s:2:"f1";s:0:"";s:2:"f2";s:0:"";s:2:"f3";b:0;}i:4;a:5:{s:5:"title";s:6:"品牌";s:4:"text";s:8:"HaoKebio";s:2:"f1";s:0:"";s:2:"f2";s:0:"";s:2:"f3";s:0:"";}}
sidebar-widgets4
10874
1729753761:2
2
7870
|
